After a successful campaign in 2018, Robin has worked hard to address the real problems facing our community by working toward positive resolutions. Merrimack County has been impacted by the drug epidemic and through alternative sentencing programs like Diversion and Drug Court, folks struggling with substance use disorders have been able to received treatment and programming while still contributing to their community as employees, parents and consumers. Merrimack County Pre-trial Services aids those charged with criminal behavior early on so that the behavior can be addressed immediately and progress can occur while the individual awaits the resolution of their case.
How Robin will solve these issues
Effective Prosecution is more than just punishment, you have to address the root problem of the criminal behavior with resources that provide treatment, new ways of thinking and new skills for positive living. If you help change an individual behavior in a positive way it reduces victimization and crime in your community.
